The service is really nice to have since there are many different locations of servers. The only problem is that some of these servers feel overloaded since I could feel slowdowns with YouTube and other sites as well. If you want something that's cheap and has good support go with it. However, choosing a server that isn't slowing you down is like choosing your poison.
