If you are really a heavy user, I would take their 12-month Unlim for 99.99 euro - it is a 35% discount off the regular monthly price, plus no worry you run out of money some day...
Their support is yes sometimes slow, but I did not notice it is slower than support of any other provider...
If you are a new one - they ahve a solution - this 1 euro/year package - it's enough to have 50Mb (!) a day to check Facebook and Twitter if your sysadmin or gov't blocks social networks...
