I just signed up to WiTopia, installing the software was easy and then I realised I had a few questions about using the service across multiple PC and other devices, i went onto their chat expecting the usual drawn our experience but they got back to me in minutes, delivering a very quick and comprehensive response, second guessing my requirements and giving me everything i needed to complete my set up.
