There was an incredible volume of tickets due to Ch**a situation, but we have now responded to all customers concerning this. We're certainly not "scammers" and have been offering personalVPN since early 2005 and supply services to customers in over 160 countries. If you submitted a help ticket, and did not receive a suitable solution, we can certainly provide a quick refund if that is what you wish. Not a problem at all.
